Here is a recipe for tandoori chicken using TRS Tandoori Masala 1KG:
Ingredients:
- 1 kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup TRS Tandoori Masala 1KG
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, TRS Tandoori Masala, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
