Almond Powder is finely ground almonds typically made using blanched almonds with no skins. It’s commonly used in baked goods, like cookies, cakes, quick bread, and perhaps most famously in macarons. These ground (1.5 – 2mm grains) blanched almonds are great for adding interest, flavour and texture to confectionery, desserts, ice cream and bakery goods.
